Do the street names seem odd, or perhaps familiar (if you are old enough)? The original developer and his wife were from Texas and both were fans of the prime time TV drama "Dallas", which aired from the late 70's through the early 90's on CBS. The street names reflect the characters, places and themes utilized in that program (albeit with some spelling errors).
