The Southfork Property Owners Association (SouthforkPOA) is composed of all the individuals who own property within the Southfork subdivision. Each owner is allotted one vote within the association for each unit owned. The association meets periodically to review annual budgets and assessments, vote on special projects and policies, and discuss community matters.
