Southfork Property Owners Association

Covenants

The Southfork subdivision incorporates a modest set of restrictive covenants intended to help preserve the value of its resident's property while still acknowledging the relatively rural character of the subdivision. These covenants are legally binding on all those who own property within the subdivision. It is the policy of the association to enforce these covenants in a manner that will not place any undue financial burden or other hardship on any resident. If you have any questions, please contact the Southfork Property Owners Association Board.
