The Board of Directors consists of a minimum three member board, members of which are elected by the SouthforkPOA membership during association meetings. Board members serve two year terms. Members of the board may not receive any financial compensation (directly or indirectly) from any board related activity. The board meets on a roughly monthly basis to establish the budget, send out assessments and news letters, and discuss other community matters. Association members are invited to attend board meetings; please contact the board if you desire to attend.
