The Architectural Control Committee consists of a three member board, members of which are elected by the SouthforkPOA membership during association meetings. Committee members serve two year terms. The committee meets as necessary to go over the property modification submittals and other similar matters. The committee was created to insure all structures within the subdivision are consistent with the requirements of the covenants. Any construction on or significant modification of any unit within the subdivision requires prior approval by the committee. Note that having a modification approved by the committee does not meet all the requirements for permitting required by the county. Contact the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department for building permit requirements. Please contact the committee if you have any questions or a property change request. It is the policy of the committee to respond to any change request submittal within two weeks. If you have not had a response within that time, please contact the board.
