Domestic potable water service is provided by the Bobcat Meadows Metropolitan District, a community water provider exclusively for the Southfork subdivision. The district is managed by H2O Consultants which operates the water system. The water system primarily consists of three parts: 1) Two large wells (each into a different aquifer), 2) a treatment and storage facility, and 3) the water distribution system.

Each lot has a one inch service connection, with the meter installed within the dwelling at the point of entry and a wired remote indicator on the exterior of the dwelling.

An online bill paying service is available for paying monthly water bills. There is a $3.00 fee for each payment utilizing this service, with an additional $3.00 charge for each $100 of the bill over the first $100.

To utilize this bill pay service, you will need to know your Bobcat Meadows account number. The account number can be found on the monthly billing card in the lower right blue section in the ACCT. NO box.

To register for the online billing, go to: billpay.ubmaxonline.com


In the Member Registration box on the right, enter the required information. For the Municipality Code, enter H2Oconsultants (starts capital-letter-H, number 2, capital-letter-O, no space, then all lower case consultants). For the Acct# enter your Bobcat Meadows account number from the monthly billing card. Enter the email address you wish to associate with the account. Note: If Bobcat Meadows/H2O Consultants does not already have this email address, you may need to contact H2O Consultants to have this address associated with your account before it can be activated. Create your own username, and password (entering the password a second time). Click the REGISTER button.

Once the account is successfully registered, you can return to the billpay.ubmaxonline.com page and use the Member Login box on the left to enter your username and password. On the website it is possible to view past and current bills, and pay bills using bank transfers or credit/debit cards (with the associated transaction fee).
