Domestic potable water service is provided by the Bobcat Meadows Metropolitan District, a community water provider exclusively for the Southfork subdivision. The district is managed by H2O Consultants which operates the water system. The water system primarily consists of three parts: 1) Two large wells (each into a different aquifer), 2) a treatment and storage facility, and 3) the water distribution system.

Each lot has a one inch service connection, with the meter installed within the dwelling at the point of entry and a wired remote transmitter.
